Under the guidance of in-charge teachers Ms. Lakshmi and Ms. Kavitha, students conducted a health audit using questionnaires for teachers, students, canteen staff, and support staff. This provided insights into food preferences, health awareness, and dietary practices. The collected data was analyzed and the findings were presented through bar graphs and pie charts in a structured PowerPoint, enhancing students’ research and presentation skills. An interactive session with Dietitian Ms. Leepica from Naruvi Hospital offered professional advice on balanced diets. Students concluded by suggesting nutritious dishes for weekly meals, laying the foundation for future initiatives promoting healthy food choices and community wellness.
